The HomeTask growth model is to place business professionals in protected territories and then give them the tools to grow. With four franchise systems available and more being added every day the time is right to become a HomeTask Development Agent.
Franchise Relationship Management: We created a fantastic on-line system for managing our relationships with our franchise partners. We have replicated this system for other franchisors and even some of the largest in the world such as Subway.
Long Term Agreements: Our DA agreements are intended to be long term in nature. They are on-going agreements. You can invest and build your region with the confidence that you are building equity in a business that isn't going to get ripped out from under you.
Technology: We provide all the on-line services you will need including email, local phone numbers and a state-of-the-art CRM system.
Training: We require new Development Agents to attend one week of training specifically designed to help you understand the business and our processes for finding and assisting new franchise partners in their business and ultimately the success of their lives! We also require employees of the DA office that will be selling franchises or coaching franchise partners to complete our initial franchise training. This investment in training is important to us and we know that it will lead to even better results for you.
Financial sharing: We share a portion of the initial franchise fee for new franchises that you sign in your area and we share a portion of the on-going Back Office Fees (our form of royalties) in exchange for the support and service you provide the franchise partners within your area.
Free Area Assignments: We do not charge a fee to become a Development Agent. We have high expectations for our Development Agents in terms of franchise lead generation and sales, support levels and coaching of franchises and other areas. But, we also know that you want to build a great return!
